In 1920, my grandfather, along with his brother and their wives, began by cleaning grimy overalls for local railroad mechanics. They started the tradition of customer service that I, as the third generation to operate TriState, proudly continue to this day. While many things have changed in the last 80 years, others have not. Thirty years ago, when I started, we had one computer in accounting, and that ran on punch cards. Today it's hard to find a piece of equipment without its own microprocessor. Microprocessors, however, can not deliver service. Knowledgeable people, working in a highly flexible system, deliver service.
