ESD Coverall
Made of fabric containing a micro-engineered carbon-fiber grid that guards against particles, bacteria and static charges, with excellent resistance to chemicals and abrasion.
Application/Use
Used in semi-conductor, MEMs, nanotechnologies and applications where static affects people, performance or product. Also recommended for bacteria filtration and particulate control. Appropriate for Class 10 (ISO 4) and higher applications.
Herringbone Coverall
100% polyester continuous filament yarns patterned in a herringbone configuration to form a tight weave with excellent opacity. Coverall holds up to sterilization and has excellent resistance to chemicals and abrasion.
Application/Use
Recommended for pharmaceutical and medical device industries as well as aseptic bottling and other environments where bacteria filtration and particulate control are of concern. Use in Class 100 (ISO 5) and higher applications.
High-Density Taffeta Coverall
Lightweight, breathable and made of 100% polyester continuous filament yarns in a taffeta configuration, this coverall provides a fluid barrier as well as bacteria and particulate protection.
Application/Use
May be used in high-end pharmaceutical industry. Recommended for aseptic bottling and medical device industry for particulate and lint control. Use in Class 100 (ISO 5) and higher applications.
ESD Frock
Made of fabric containing a micro-engineered carbon fiber grid that guards against particles, bacteria and static charges with excellent resistance to chemicals and abrasion.
Application/Use
ESD attributes benefit semi-conductor, MEMs and other applications where nuisance static affects people, performance or product. Provides bacteria filtration and particulate control. Use in applications where product is bench level or higher. Recommended for Class 1000 (ISO 6) and higher.
Taffeta Frock
Made of 100% polyester continuous filament yarns in a wide range of colors and is comfortable, long wearing and modestly priced.
Application/Use
Recommended for general purpose cleanroom use where large particulate control is the priority. Use in applications where product is bench level or higher. Intended for Class 1000 (ISO 6) and higher.
Hood-Head Cover
Made of taffeta, ESD fabrics or high density taffeta and are available in "eyes only" design or a full open-face design. Full open -face cover has side snaps so face masks can be snapped to the hood, providing cover for facial hair. The snaps in the back tighten the hood around the head.
Application/Use
May be used with all coverall or frock applications. Class 100 (ISO 5) & lower should use full head & face coverings. Face masks can be snapped in place in open face hoods.
19-in Boot
With skid resistant hypalon sole, the strap and buckle closure are color-coded for easy size identification. Boot has an elastic top closure with adjustable snap and is available in taffeta, ESD fabrics and high-density taffeta.
Application/Use
Use in coverall applications.
Shoe Cover
With skid resistant hypalon sole and ankle-high taffeta construction.
