TriState offers a range of cleanroom wipes made from materials including 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton, and polyester/cellulose blends. Our cleanroom wipes and cleanroom c-wipes offer particulate control for most Class 10 (ISO 4) cleanroom activities. TriState cleanroom wipes are perfect for critical assembly areas; laboratories; electronics manufacturing; optical and lens cleaning; semi-conductors; and pharmaceutical applications.

C1 Wipe
This non-woven fabric is a blend of polyester and cellulose hydrospun to provide a fabric of high strength without the use of binders, starches, or thermal bonding techniques. This wiper represents the state of the art technology in absorbent non-woven structures.
Application/Use
Excellent aggressive all-around wipe for critical assembly areas, laboratories, electronics manufacturing and pharmaceutical. Also for screen and stencil applications.
C3 Wipe
This material, produced from 100% polyester, is strong, bulky, soft and inherently low lint. It is manufactured without chemical binders or thermal bonding, using hydroentanglement- high pressure water jets that knit the individual fibers together. This grade represents a state of the art nonwoven structure.
Application/Use
Microscopes, CD's, precision optics, lens cleaning, disc cleaning. Any other application that requires low particulate, soft, non-scratching material.
7220 Standard Weight Wipes
Composed of 100% continuous polyester fiber that is especially clean and absorbent. The knit construction and pattern has been developed to insure the greatest product integrity and cleaning performance. Extremely low in particle generation and soluble extractables. They are laundered in ultra-filtered water of 0.45µ and dried in a HEPA filtered class 1 air stream. Each wipe is inspected and hermetically sealed in "ultra clean" packages within Class 10 (ISO 4) conditions.
Application/Use
Soft, absorbent, low particulate for microchips, semi-conductor and electronics manufacturing. For most Class 10 (ISO 4) and class 100 critical environments.
7225 Heavy Weight Wipes
Composed of 100% continuous polyester fiber that is especially clean and absorbent. TJ Wipes
TJ is a 100% Cotton tightly woven twill that effectively traps contamination. It is thermally stable, solvent resistant, static dissipative, and low linting whether used in sheets or strips. It is processed at neutral pH without any starch or binders, and is virtually chemically pure. Cut on the bias to minimize fraying
Application/Use
Any application where absorption is of utmost concern. Class 1000 environments.
Tacky Mats
Tacky mats come in layers of 30 sheets with an adhesive surface that traps dirt off of shoes as people walk on the mat. Peel off top sheet when soiled for a clean tacky surface underneath. Comes in 36x24 and 36x36 sizes in clear, gray or blue.
Application/Use
Use at clean room and change area entrances.
Tacky Rollers
Tacky rollers in 18" width on an extension handle helps clean particulates off wall and floor surfaces. Available in tacky sheets as well as tacky foam. The foam allows better penetration on rough surfaces.
Application/Use
Use to remove large particulates off of floor and wall surfaces.
